What can you do?

Eat less - Think smaller portions of food.

Only drink water between meals. Do not put anything else in your mouth between meals (you have already overeaten by a years worth of food)

Did you know your body remembers its highest weight for 7 years.

Start cutting back - target your largest meal first.
