BMI Calculator

BMI over 30 - You are obese. You have overeaten by more than 1 years worth of food.

BMI 25 – 30 you are overweight and are at risk of becoming obese. The average Australian is gaining 2-3 kg per year.

BMI 18 – 25 – Normal weight. If you are Indigenous Philippino, Indian Asian or Oriental Asian you should aim to have a BMI under 23.
