Alcohol
If you don’t drink skip this section. If you do, its not all bad.
Men:
For men 2 standard drinks 5 nights a week does no harm. It may have small benefits to your health (very small).
Maximum 24 standard drinks a week
Women:
Women can only have 14 units a week (women have smaller livers than men). (ie 1-2 standard drinks 5 nights a week). Even a quite modest intake of alcohol is a risk factor for breast cancer.
Don’t drink if you are thinking about being pregnant or are pregnant.
